Linda Ingram
As a Career Coach in the Kelowna office, Linda is responsible for resume preparation, career pathing, job search monitoring as well as facilitation of the Interview Workshop. Linda’s career path includes various positions in the real estate industry together with 12 years as a licensed Realtor; however, a market downturn resulted in a career change decision. In 1999 Linda enrolled in Okanagan University College’s Business Administration Program and while working part time, taking evening and summer courses, graduated in May 2005 with a BBA Honours Degree. Linda wrote her thesis topic on Volunteer Recruitment and Retention and she has served on the Board of Directors of the Vernon Public Art Gallery.

Luc Bergeron
Luc is a Bilingual (French/English) Career Coach & Facilitator at CBD Network, Kelowna. With a significant professional history working within a variety of Social Sectors including Mental Health, Persons with Disabilities, Human Resources & Employment, Luc has an educational background in Recreation Management, Employment Assistance and Human Resources. With over 10 years experience in the Employment Assistance Sector providing Case Management, Assessment, Counselling, Coaching and Facilitation Luc brings a broad knowledge base to a diverse variety of population sectors.

Janice Sich
As CBD’s Client Administrative Coordinator, Janice possess a strong background in event planning, marketing, and customer service. Greeting and making appointments for new clients is her primary role while establishing client files and tracking client activity for CBD statistics. Janice’s other responsibilities include maintaining the Resource Centre and Computer Lab, ensuring clients have reliable access to job leads, networking activities and other resources. Updating the CBD website while bringing her creative background into play, is her forte!

Cheryl Penner
While focusing her efforts on maintaining CBD’s client database for statistical reporting to Service Canada, Cheryl is eager to answer clients’ questions and assist then in their job search in any way that she can. Having extensive administrative & marketing expertise and a broad knowledge of Microsoft Office software, Cheryl has polished her customer service skills; working for the City of Kelowna’s Parks & Recreation Department. Since moving to Kelowna from Vancouver in 1994, she has worked alongside local elected officials and municipal representatives as well as assisted individuals find suitable employment after sustaining job related injuries.

Anita Suess
Anita is the Employment Manager and a Career Coach and Facilitator at CBD Network’s Vernon location. With over 15 years of experience in Employment Services throughout the Okanagan Valley, Anita has delivered hundreds of workshops and programs covering all aspects of job search techniques, hidden job market, resume development, cover letter and interview skills, and is certified to administer and interpret Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and the Strong-Campbell Interest Inventory. As a Life Skills Facilitator/Adult Educator Anita has delivered training programs in Geography, Typing, Construction Mathematics, GED, Communications, Goal Setting, Self Esteem, Problem Solving, and Computer Fundamentals. As a Financial Manager with a broad business background including public accounting practice, construction management, manufacturing, non-profit sector and entrepreneurial experience, Anita brings knowledge from a wide variety of business sectors and activities. Anita is also a member of Vernon Women in Business, and a supporter of the Vernon SPCA.

Susan Neilly
Susan has been a Career Coach in the Vernon office of CBD Network since February 2005. Originally from the UK, she obtained a Teaching Diploma, taught Business Studies, became a Recruiter, specializing in office administration staff, and then expanded services to include Hospitality and Customer Service training. In 1980 Susan consulted to businesses in the Lower Mainland in areas of Recruitment, Job Evaluation, Employee Development, Management Training and Career Planning. She has facilitated many government-sponsored employment training programs to assist professionals, immigrants, youth, as well as women re-entering the workforce to implement creative job search strategies, as a Job Search Leader. As an Instructor, Susan has developed and delivered courses in Communications, Conflict Resolution, Supervisory Skills, Train the Trainer, Business English, Resume Development and Computer Fundamentals. Susan has also been active in the areas of fundraising, women’s networking, publishing newsletters, crisis counseling, literacy coaching and being a mentor to youth.

Bonnie Kinder
Bonnie joined the Vernon Office of CBD Network in March 2007 as the Administrative Assistant.  Originally from the Lower Mainland, Bonnie obtained an Office Administration Certificate and was Office Manager for a magazine publication. Putting her career plan on hold to raise her children, she added to her busy life by holding the role of Leader/Facilitator for Weight Watchers and then became a Travel Consultant and Fitness Instructor in 1992. In 2003 Bonnie renewed her original career plan and obtained an Office Administration Certificate from Okanagan University College. Upon completion she moved to Alberta, experiencing many varied skills through temporary assignments with an employment agency, then relocated to Vernon in 2006. As a CBD Alumni member, Bonnie decided that CBD Network was an ‘employer of choice’ and joined the Vernon team. Bonnie has also been very active volunteering as a event coordinator/facilitator for workshops in various women’s organizations.

Tina Head
As Career Coach/Facilitator for the Penticton Office, Tina is responsible for the day-to-day operations; partnering in the strategic planning process and delivering client services to the South Okanagan area. Tina is a seasoned human resources practitioner with over twenty years management, human resources, employee and industrial relations experience. For a number of years, she was employed by the Federal Public Service Commission in Ottawa and a variety of Federal Jurisdiction employers including CBC, the RCMP and Crown Assets Disposal Corporation. Tina is an experienced administrator, trainer, program and volunteer manager, having delivered numerous workshops and courses on human resources, management essentials and program content. She also has experience in the not-for-profit sector having served on a number of boards, chaired committees and held the role of Association Executive Director. Tina received her Master of Education and a Bachelor of Arts degree(s) from the University of Ottawa and is currently the President of the South Okanagan Immigrant Community Services Society.
